XPeng badge
If you haven't heard of XPeng yet, you probably soon will.
The "X" is not supposed to be the silhouette of a butterfly or even a St Andrew's Cross; it's simply the first letter of Xia Heng's name, who co-founded Guangzhou Xiaopeng Motors Technology Co Ltd in 2014.
The company sells most of its EV cars in China and as with many start-ups, aspires to expand globally.
