Darkness

Proverb regarding darkness.

This proverb gives the example of the wicked person hiding in the darkness, in a similar vein to John 3:19-21.

It also reminds us of Matt. 5:15, which urges us not to hide our light, to make the best use of our knowledge and talents.

He was passing by the street near her corner, making his way along the road to her house
in the twilight, the evening, in the dark of the night.
