At Baptism

From the Book of Divine Worship - The Proper: Third Part - Various Occasions.

This Mass is celebrated for the baptism of adults, especially when confirmation is given in the same service. It may also be celebrated for the baptism of children, and may be said on any day except the Sundays of Advent, Lent, and Easter, solemnities, Ash Wednesday, and the weekdays of Holy Week.

Collect

I. Almighty God, who by our baptism into the death and resurrection of thy Son Jesus Christ dost turn us from the old life of sin: Grant that we, being reborn to new life in him, may live in righteousness and holiness all our days; through the same thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

II. Almighty God, by our baptism into the death and resurrection of your Son Jesus Christ, you turn us from the old life of sin: Grant that we, being reborn to new life in him, may live in righteousness and holiness all our days; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Prayer over the Gifts

Lord, you have renewed these men and women in the likeness of Christ your Son, (have sealed them with your Spirit,) and united them to your priestly people. Accept them with the sacrifice offered by your Church. Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Or this:

Lord, you welcome us to your table, where bread and wine are prepared for us. May we who celebrate this Eucharistic feast be counted as fellow-citizens of the saints and members of your household. Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
