Blessing and Dismissal

From the Book of Divine Worship - The Proper: First Part - The Holy Eucharist - Rite Two.

The Bishop when present, or the Priest, may bless the People.

The blessing of God Almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, be upon you and remain with you for ever. Amen.

The Deacon, or the Celebrant, dismisses the People * with these words:
* From the Easter Vigil through the Day of Pentecost, "Alleluia, alleluia" may be added to any of the dismissals. The People respond:
Thanks be to God. Alleluia, alleluia.

Let us go forth in the name of Christ.
Thanks be to God.

Or this:

Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.
Thanks be to God.

Or this:

Let us go forth into the world, rejoicing in the power of the Spirit.
Thanks be to God.

Or this:

Let us bless the Lord.
Thanks be to God.
